Sport Psychology, is one of the major roots of coaching. I have expert knowledge and a research base in sport and performance psychology, as well as being familiar with other psychology disciplines. This gives me an in depth understanding of how our thoughts and behaviours impact on our performance in different environments, situations and developmental stages.

Is it therapy?

No. The focus is on developing potential, future success, planning and personal growth. Coaching does not attempt to heal past hurts or emotional trauma and clients who might benefit from a therapeutic relationship will be advised to consult a more appropriate professional.

What is a typical session like?
